SPA — Boutique hotels «Grand Hotel Zvezda» LLC «New Hotel»
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules for visiting the SPA boutique of the Grand Hotel Zvezda, Novy Hotel LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are aimed at ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for visitors in the SPA boutique of the Grand Hotel Zvezda. To this end, the Rules establish the rights and obligations of visitors to the SPA boutique of the Grand Hotel Zvezda (hereinafter referred to as the SPA Center), determine the mechanism for exercising these rights, and establish a number of prohibitions and restrictions that prevent such actions by citizens that may cause harm or inconvenience to visitors to the SPA center.
1.2. These Rules are posted for review on the information stand.
1.3. Visits to the SPA center for visitors staying at the Grand Hotel Zvezda or with a purchased subscription are provided only by appointment and in the number of paid treatments or classes.
1.4. Missed subscription classes will not be restored or refunded. An extension of the subscription period is not allowed for missed classes. Transfer of the subscription to third parties is not allowed.
1.5. The service of visitors to the SPA center is carried out on the basis of a Service Agreement, the offer of which is posted at the reception desk of the SPA center for review. At the same time, an unconditional confirmation of acceptance of the terms of the offer – acceptance on the part of the visitor is the payment for the services of the SPA center.
1.6. The SPA center operates according to the opening hours, information about which is posted at the entrance to the SPA center and individual areas of the SPA center. At the same time, the general schedule of the SPA center and the schedule of the individual areas of the SPA center (spa suites) may differ.
2. VISITORS’ RIGHTS
2.1. The Visitor has the right to:
– Use the SPA center in accordance with these Rules;
– to visit the SPA center only after paying for a one-time visit, a reusable subscription (if you are not a visitor to the Grand Hotel Zvezda);
– use the subscription only during the time period specified in it;
– inform the Administration of the SPA center about all the shortcomings in the SPA center, poor-quality service and express your wishes for improving its work;
– use the individual storage cabinets in the locker room in accordance with the established procedure;
– to make payments for services rendered in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
3. DUTIES OF VISITORS
3.1. Visitors are required to comply with the following requirements:
3.1.1. Read these Rules and make a note in the Guest Profile of the Spa Boutique.;
3.1.2. Observe the rules of public order, behave respectfully towards other visitors, the staff of the SPA center, and do not commit actions that may endanger the life and health of others.
3.1.3. Observe the Rules of visiting the SPA center, safety regulations, fire safety, sanitary and hygienic requirements, and comply with the requirements of the SPA center staff.
3.1.4. Inform the Administration of the SPA Center about all dangerous situations and objects that may endanger the safety of people staying at the SPA Center.
3.1.5. Return used towels when leaving the SPA.
3.1.6. Observe the schedule of sessions and the total time spent at the SPA.
3.1.7. Observe the following sanitary and hygienic requirements when visiting the swimming pool, sauna and hammam:
– take your outerwear to the cloakroom and enter the SPA center only in clean, replaceable shoes suitable for visiting;
– visitors must have with them: a bathing suit, a hat, a towel (issued by the SPA administrator), hygiene items;
– it is recommended to use solid or liquid soap for body washing.;
– hygiene items should only be in unbreakable containers (plastic, polyethylene, etc.) The use of hygiene items in glass containers is prohibited.;
– provide an opportunity for the staff of the SPA center to verify compliance with the requirements for the availability of appropriate hygiene items. In the absence of the listed subjects, visitors are not allowed to attend classes.;
– take a thorough shower for 5-7 minutes (without a bathing suit with a washcloth and soap);
– at the end of using the shower, be sure to turn off the hot and cold water taps.;
– at the end of the session, visitors should rinse under the shower for 3-5 minutes, squeeze out swimming accessories and only then go to the locker room.
3.1.10. Attendance of classes (individual or group) in the SPA center is allowed strictly according to the schedule. The administration of the SPA center has the right to refuse to attend classes to visitors who are more than 15 minutes late.
3.1.11. Visitors to the SPA center are obliged to take care of the property of the SPA center, preventing its damage or loss.
3.1.12. The visitor of the SPA Center is obliged to comply with all the requirements of the SPA Center Administration related to ensuring safety and compliance with the rules of conduct in the SPA center.
4. VISITORS TO THE SPA CENTER ARE PROHIBITED:
4.1. Visit the SPA center if there are medical contraindications for health reasons, if there are skin, infectious diseases, bleeding, or if you feel unwell.
4.2. Being in the SPA center in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication.
4.3. Bring firearms and edged weapons, piercing and cutting objects, glass objects, explosive, flammable, toxic and toxic substances, as well as gas canisters to the SPA center.
4.4. Smoking, eating and drinking alcoholic beverages in the SPA, with the exception of places specially designated for this purpose (catering outlets and places for receiving water and drinks).
4.5. Throwing foreign objects on the territory of the SPA center.
4.6. Make noise, use obscene language, and behave provocatively.
4.7. Use detergents, perfumes and other liquids in glass containers in the shower.
4.8. Rub cosmetics (creams, ointments, etc.) into the skin before visiting the SPA center.
4.9. Independently perform any cosmetic procedures in the SPA center (manicure, pedicure, pilling, etc.).
4.10. Walking barefoot in the SPA.
4.11. Take photos and videos without the permission of the SPA administration.
4.12. Enter office and technical premises.
4.13. Touch, turn on, turn off and adjust any engineering and technical equipment.
4.14. Pollute the premises, equipment and other property of the SPA center.
4.15. Use cosmetics in saunas without the permission of the SPA staff.
4.16. Pour water on the heater in the sauna.
When establishing prohibitions and recommendations, the SPA Administration proceeds solely from the need to ensure the safety of visitors at the SPA.
5. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF MEDICAL CONTROL
5.1. Children of preschool and school age (up to 14 years old) are allowed to the SPA center only accompanied by adults, or with the written permission of their parents. The certificate must be presented to the SPA center administrator before visiting it.
Parents and legal representatives or other adult accompanying persons are responsible for the health and life of children at the SPA.
5.2. Upon entering the SPA, visitors are required to provide the SPA staff with an opportunity to perform an external skin examination. If a visitor has a skin disease, bleeding, or cuts, the visitor is allowed to visit the SPA center only if there is a medical certificate authorizing his visit.
5.3. The visitor is obliged to independently assess the state of his health when using any services of the SPA center and take into account any health conditions that are contraindications for using the services of the SPA center. Responsibility for any negative consequences, including harm to health, caused as a result of the visitor’s improper assessment of his health status and/or due to the fact that the visitor used the services of the SPA center despite the existing contraindications for health reasons, is solely borne by the visitor himself.
ATTENTION! IN ORDER TO ENSURE SAFETY, THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SPA CENTER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE VISITOR.:
– Having pronounced signs of infectious, skin and other diseases that prevent access to the SPA. The visitor is allowed to enter the SPA area after full recovery, provided there is a doctor’s certificate.
– Having pronounced signs of alcohol, narcotic, toxic intoxication.
– Violating public order, endangering the life, health and rest of other visitors, who do not comply with the requirements of these Rules of visiting the SPA center.
– In case of violation of the requirements of these Rules and failure to respond to the reasonable demands of the SPA Center Administration, the visitor may be removed from the SPA center by police officers, a security officer or a representative of the SPA Center Administration, without compensation for the cost of services paid by him.
6. RULES FOR VISITING THE HAMMAM (TURKISH BATH) AND SAUNAS OF THE SPA CENTER
In addition to the general rules for visiting the SPA center, the visitor must comply with the rules for visiting the hammam (Turkish bath) and sauna set out in clause 8 of these Rules for visiting the SPA Center.
6.1. To visit the hammam (Turkish bath) and sauna, it is necessary to have clothes designed for this purpose: a bathing suit, a swimsuit (for women), swimming trunks (for men).
6.2. It is forbidden to stay in the hammam (Turkish bath) and sauna with a naked torso, without the upper part of a swimsuit (for women).
6.3. Please kindly observe the rules of personal hygiene. It is mandatory to take a shower before visiting the hammam/sauna.
6.4. When visiting the hammam / sauna, it is forbidden to use creams, strong perfumes, masks, scrubs, hair dye.
6.5. For personal hygiene purposes, use towels and lay them on the bench. While staying in the hammam/ sauna, avoid contact with the surface of the heater – this can cause severe burns.
6.6. It is forbidden to eat and drink drinks in the territory of changing rooms, hammam/ sauna!
6.7. Visiting the hammam / sauna in a state of alcoholic, narcotic intoxication, as well as with the presence of a residual state of alcoholic intoxication is prohibited.
6.8. Intimate activities are prohibited in the premises of the SPA center.
6.9. It is forbidden to splash water and flavors into the stone compartment in the sauna.
6.10. It is forbidden to bring plastic dishes into the sauna/hammam.
6.11. It is forbidden to cover the heater with foreign objects (towels, swimsuits, etc.) – this may lead to a fire.
6.12. It is forbidden to switch the temperature in the hammam or sauna independently.
6.12.1. According to the Technical Regulations, the temperature cannot be changed (decreased/increased) at the request of the SPA visitor.
6.12. Do not leave children in the sauna unattended by their parents. Children under the age of 14 are allowed to visit the hammam and sauna only when accompanied by an adult.
6.13. Attention! Staying in a hot sauna for too long causes an increase in body temperature, which can be dangerous for your health.
7. OTHER CONDITIONS
7.1. The fact of paying for a subscription or a one-time subscription means that the visitor to the SPA Boutique of the Grand Hotel Zvezda, LLC Novy Hotel, is familiar with these Rules.
7.2. The Administration of the SPA Center in the context of these Rules includes:senior administrator of the SPA center, administrators, other staff of the SPA center.
7.3. The Administration of the SPA Center is not responsible for the safety of valuables, money, jewelry and documents left in the wardrobe and individual lockers in the locker room, except in cases when such valuables, money, jewelry and documents were transferred to the Administration of the SPA Center for storage according to the act of acceptance and transfer.
7.4. In case of emergency situations caused by circumstances for which the SPA Center is not responsible, as well as situations caused by the actions of public utilities to carry out seasonal, preventive and emergency work, if these situations hinder the quality of services, the SPA Center Administration has the right to unilaterally suspend the provision of services until the termination of these circumstances. (situations), but for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days. If, after 30 calendar days, the circumstances (situations) preventing the use of the SPA center have not changed, the Administration of the SPA Center and the visitor decide on the termination of the Contract and mutual settlements. When making settlements, the cost of services already provided is taken into account, as well as the period of validity of the circumstances that led to the emergency and for which the SPA center is not responsible.
7.6. The SPA Center Administration guarantees that the quality of services provided by the SPA Center meets the quality standards established for this type of service, including safety, fire safety, and sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
7.5. If the visitor’s actions have caused property damage to Novy Hotel LLC, the company has the right to demand compensation for the damage. Upon the fact of damage, an act is drawn up, which is signed by the Administration of the SPA center and the visitor who caused the damage. The act specifies the amount of damage agreed upon by the parties. If the visitor refuses to sign the act, a corresponding entry is made in the presence of at least two witnesses who are not employees of the enterprise.
If the damage is caused by minors under the age of 14, compensation for the damage is made in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation and its legal representatives.
